GREEN LOCATIONS LIMITED is an independent residential lettings and property management company established in 1991 with offices in Battersea, Wandsworth and Balham. We strive to provide the best possible professional service to our Landlords and Tenants.

We are letting specialists for South West London (Clapham, Battersea, Wandsworth , Earlsfield, Balham and Tooting Bec) and we are exclusively involved in the residential lettings and property management market.

We have been members of The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) since 1995.

Everyone in the company is encouraged to take the ARLA examinations in professional competency and at least two people in each office are qualified.

Green Locations lets and manages a large portfolio of properties on behalf of Landlords for corporate families, local families and young professionals.

Over half the properties that we manage are for overseas Landlords.

We manage a large stable of good contractors with qualified plumbers and electricians. We are able to respond quickly to maintenance issues for our managed properties and provide a first class property management service.

We are a friendly and professional company with an excellent reputation for honesty and accountability.

ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents)

ARLA membership is achieved only by agents who demonstrate that they have a thorough knowledge of their profession and that they conduct their business according to current best management practice.

All members are required to have professional indemnity insurance cover. In addition they are covered by a bonding scheme which provides financial protection for client monies.

The Association has its own complaints procedures so that any dispute is dealt with efficiently and fairly.

ARLA merged with the National Association of Estate Agents in 2008 to create the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP)
